How To Make A Healthy Pizza Base And Feel Like You're Eating TakeawayThinking of making a “heathy pizza”? My client made this the other day and said it tasted great!


  • Cauliflower pizza base.
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 750g cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • Herbs
  • Toppings such as – chicken, turkey, fish etc (what ever you fancy)


  1. Preheat oven to 180c
  2. Blitz the almonds in a food processor, put that aside.
  3. Blitz the cauliflower florets (might have to do this in batches)
  4. Place the cauliflower pulp to a container and place it in the microwave and cook for 5 min.
  5. Let the cauliflower to cool and then place it on a kitchen towel and squeeze all the liquid out.
  6. In a bowl beat 2 eggs with herbs and almond flour and add in “cauliflower dough”
  7. Place half of the “dough” onto parchment paper and shape it like a pizza,note this is slightly sticky so a few drop of olive oil on the paper can help.
  8. Prebake for 15-18min
  9. Put on your toppings and cook for a further 12-15 mins.
