At Nathan Bennett Online Personal Training, I pride myself for clients to get REAL results as quick as possible. The nutrition, training and supplementation advice given within the training programme will be the same great standard of a 1-1 PT but done through online coaching rather than in person at a fraction of the price.

Once you opt into online PT you will be sent a questionnaire with regards to your diet, training, goals and current measurements. Once this is completed we can move onto the next step of planning your diet and training programme.

Each programme is designed to last 1 month, therefore each month you will get a new programme based on your current progression.

You also get access to the member’s area of the website to help you track your progress and get other great benefits.

The training requires a check-in with your PT every fortnight to ensure you are heading in the right direction and getting the results we both want.
