This is due to the fatty acids in coconut oil containing anti microbial properties which have a soothing affect on baterica, candida or parasites that can cause poor digestion.
  • Coconut oil is made up of healthy fats lauric acid, caprylic acid and capric acid which contain antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral prosperities to boost the immune system.
  • It has been found to boost your metabolism.
  • Stops sugar cravings as quality fat is more satisfying than carbs. Instead of grabbing a biscuit or bag of crisps, try eating a teaspoon of virgin coconut oil (doesn’t sound great but you will be surprised)
